Cua lo capital?
[edit]In the infobox and in the text, it is writtent that Cua Lo is a "capital". What does that mean that Cua Lo is a capital? How can such a small city be a capital? A capital of what?--Fabrizioberloco (talk) 10:24, 31 March 2018 (UTC)
